Mr. Paresh Desai is a founding member with deep experience in the domain of auditing & risk management, banking, manufacturing, capital market and project feasibility studies. With diverse skills including conceptualizing innovative ideas, developing new services and simple software solutions to complex problem. He provides strategic direction and translates the strategy in execution to develop newer markets and overall growth. His expertise include strategies for continuous control monitoring and data analysis for effective management of business challenges and has contributed as a thought leader in this area. His continuing Guidance in building and nurturing the bright young talent and leadership strata of the organisation has enabled to fuel the growth and potential of the organisation. Currently spearheads and provides the vision of growth, he is navigating AUDITime to a growth trajectory with multiple strategies. He has contributed his ideas and rendered services as board member of ISACA – Mumbai chapter for consecutive three years.  Mr. P G Kakodkar, former chairman of State Bank of India renders his valuable experience and strategic advices for guiding the management from time to time in preparing for leading edge. During his tenure with State Bank of India, he championed the automation of the largest commercial bank. He also contributes to numerous software technology and other companies in India.  Mr. Chetan Maheshwari, also a founding member, serves the organization as business development director. He has contributed to nurture strategic partnerships with leading data analysis and audit management technology company. He has deep experience in multiple domains like banking, capital market and manufacturing segment. He renders comprehensive strength as Enterprise risk expert and entrepreneur. He earned his professional qualification as Chartered Accountant and Certified Information systems auditor prior to joining AUDITime.  Mr. Madhav Bhadra, a Certified Systems Auditor and Chartered Accountant is founder member of AUDITime. Since inception, he was engaged in project execution and development of service delivery. Currently, the project execution in quality assurance and information systems assurance areas is led by him. During this tenure, he has rendered solutions and valuable consultancy to securities exchange related technology companies, software companies and many financial institutions. |
